East Feliciana High School 2023-2024 Football Stadium and Game Guidelines At East Feliciana High School, our #HomegrownPride extends to extracurricular athletics. We are proud to host our community and our visitors for football games at Calvin Chapman Memorial Stadium on the campus of East Feliciana Middle School in Clinton. In order to prioritize and protect the safety of our community, we ask all guests to adhere to the following safety guidelines: ENTERING THE STADIUM ALL attendees must purchase a ticket to enter the stadium. We currently accept cash only. Only clear or mesh bags are allowed at the stadium, and all bags are subject to search. ALL attendees must enter through the security checkpoint at the main gate. Alcohol, any tobacco products, other drugs, and weapons are prohibited at all East Feliciana Public Schools, including at Calvin Chapman Memorial Stadium. ALL attendees must be dressed appropriately for a school event. East Feliciana High School reserves the right to deny entry or refuse service at the discretion of school staff and law enforcement. INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS, CHILDREN AND FAMILIES High school students must present their school ID in addition to their ticket to enter the stadium. All students and children in grades 8 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to be admitted into the stadium. They must sit with their parent or guardian. Parents and guardian are responsible for their child’s supervision during the game. Any East Feliciana Public Schools student currently serving a suspension or expulsion is not permitted to attend football games. Students should immediately report any suspicious behavior to school staff or via the SafeSchoolsLA app. WHILE IN THE STADIUM ALL attendees should remain in the stands unless purchasing concessions or visiting the restroom. Attendees should not congregate or loiter in the parking lot, under the stands, near the concession stands and restrooms, or near the walkways leading to the stands. ANY attendee who throws food, drink, or other items or behaves in an unsportsmanlike manner may be immediately escorted from the stadium, will not be allowed re-admittance, and may be banned from the stadium for the remainder of the football season. East Feliciana Public Schools have a zero tolerance policy for fighting. Offenders will be immediately ejected and arrested. Any student fighting will be subject to disciplinary action by their school. Any attendee who leaves the stadium will not be able to reenter without purchasing a new ticket. LEAVING THE STADIUM East Feliciana High School will continue to partner with local law enforcement to ensure safety and the smooth flow of traffic following games. Law enforcement and school staff will direct attendees to the appropriate exit gate at the conclusion of the game or in the event of an emergency. All attendees should plan to leave the stadium promptly after the game. No congregating in the parking lot will be permitted. Drive safely as you return home so we can see you at the next Tiger football game! Don’t text and drive, and don’t drink and drive! Thank you for your assistance as we implement these guidelines together! We all have a role to play as we prioritize and protect the safety of our community!
